# Changing the bot prefix?

sometimes, the bot prefix conflict with other bots, and it's so annoying\
I feel you. Here, we are showing you how to change the prefix

## What is My current prefix

but first.. what is the current prefix? By default, the bot prefix is `-`\
you can easily know that by mentioning the bot in the server like this:\

## Changing the prefix

now time to change it, assuming the current prefix is `-` just send

`-prefix <the new prefix>`\
